Police identify two killed in Moneague crash

Two people were killed in a crash along retirement road in Moneague, St. Ann this morning.

Dead are 18-year-old Tashina Williams and 30-year-old Randel Smith both of Claremont in the parish.

Reports are that at about 4:45 AM Williams and Smith were passengers in a white motor car being driven along the roadway when it collided with a Honda motor car which was travelling in the opposite direction.

Upon impact, Williams and Smith were flung from the vehicle.

The drivers and passengers of both vehicles were taken to hospital where Williams and Smith succumbed.
