Two men are in custody following the discovery of a two-acre unlicensed ganja farm in Annotto Bay, St. Mary.
The bust was made during a targeted police operation last Thursday, September 18.
Officers uncovered large quantities of vegetable matter resembling ganja, being cultivated without proper authorization.
Head of the St. Mary Police, Superintendent Anthony Wallace, says this is a major seizure and serves as a warning to those engaged in illegal ganja cultivation.
