The Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services, TODSS is again calling on the Finance Ministry to rectify challenges being faced by transport operators, who applied for the gas grant.
Early last month, the ministry had said that operators of public passenger vehicles who qualify, would start receiving the $25,000 gas grant promised by the government, in the following two weeks.
However, many operators say they are yet to benefit.
President of TODSS, Egeton Newman told Irie Fm News that some operators have not received the grant due to disbursement issues.
He is calling on the ministry to address the issue.
