2011  World  100  metre Champion  Yohan Blake has pulled  out  of  Saturdays  Diamond  League  meeting in Shanghai  because  of  injury.

Blake who finished 9th with a time of 10.43 seconds at last weekend’s Diamond league opener in Xiamen, cited a hamstring issue as the reason for his withdrawal.

In blake’s absence, Emmanuel Eseme, who claimed the 100 metre title at the African Games last  month, has been added to the field for Saturday’s event.
