Organizers of the recently concluded climate-smart concert Farm up Jamaica is dispelling claims made by a local Singjay regarding her no show at the festival.
The Organizers took to social media where they shared that there was a need to make clarifications following comments made by the Singjay on Twitch.
The post continued by saying despite signing a contract and receiving a deposit the Sinjay did not show up for rehearsals. They also wrote that they became aware of the artiste promoting another event for the same date but was reassured of her appearance by her team.
Farm Up Jamaica also shared that they were contacted by an unfamiliar personnel claiming to be the artiste’s new Management at which time they reached out to the team with whom they had signed the contract.
The Charity organisation claim the Singjay’s team turned up to the event requesting full payment which they refused, asking for her presence before handing over more money. Attempts by Music News to contact the Singjay proved futile.
