Four people were shot, 1 fatally, along Studio One Boulevard in St. Andrew, yesterday.

Dead is 23-year-old Marvin Duncan of Greenwich Street, Kingston 13.

Reports are that shortly after 3PM Duncan was at a bus stop along the boulevard when he was pounced upon by a gunman who opened fire hitting him.

Three other people who were in close proximity were also shot and wounded by the gunman.

The wounded persons were taken to hospital where Duncan was pronounced dead and the others treated.

Shortly after the incident the alleged gunman was shot and wounded by the Police on Lincoln Road in the parish.

He is hospitalized under police guard.

Police say a glock 19 pistol was seized from the suspect, whose name is being withheld.
