Australian all-rounder Sophie Molineux has been declared fit for the upcoming tour of the West Indies after recovering from a lower back issue that she suffered during the recent series against India.

The left-arm spinner’s fitness had been a concern after she experienced the lower back problem during Australia’s campaign against India, raising doubts over her availability for the Caribbean tour. 

However, she has now been cleared to take part in the West Indies series, providing a boost to the Australian Women’s Cricket Team.

The West Indies tour is an important assignment for Australia, and having a fully fit Molineux in the squad will be a welcome development for the team management. 

The all-rounder’s experience in international cricket and her ability to perform in varying conditions will be key as Australia travel to the Caribbean.
