West Indies to field unchanged eleven in the Second Test against England
The West Indies will field an unchanged eleven in the Second Test against England which starts tomorrow at Trent Bridge.
This follows their innings and 114 run loss to the home team at Lords in the first test.
The eleven is captain Kraigg Braithwaite, Alick Athanaze, Joshua Da Silva, Kavem Hodge, Jason Holder, Alzarri Joseph, Shamar Joseph, Mikyle Louis, Kirk Mckenzie, Gudalesh Motie, and Jaden Seales.
In the meantime England have made one change to their playing eleven with Mark Wood replacing the retired James Anderson.
However, Dan Lawrence has been placed on standby as Ben Duckett is awaiting the birth of his child.
Duckett is expected to play at his home ground in Nottingham, but Lawrence will step in at the top of the order if required.
Lawrence has played 11 tests for England, most recently in the West Indies in 2022, each in his usual spot in the middle order, scoring four fifties with a best of 91.
