Water Minister assures that residents served by the Bybrook Well in St. Catherine will not be without water over period works will be carried out on the facility
Water Minister Matthew Samuda has stressed that residents served by the Bybrook Well in St. Catherine will not be without water over the period that works will be carried out on the facility.
The Station Four Plant requires urgent closure to facilitate works, as it is clogged with debris, which is affecting the flow of water supply to residents in sections of Portmore and the corporate area.
Following reports of the works to be carried out over the next three weeks, several residents expressed concern about the possible impacts of the disruption.
However, Mr. Samuda said while the works are expected to last for three and a half weeks, water will be supplied to residents.
