Vybz Kartel stuns fans at PNP Conference and more…

From politics to judging competitions and clubbing, Vybz Kartel had a jam-packed Sunday.

He first surprised fans by attending the PNP’s 86th annual conference at the National Arena on Sunday, alongside his lawyer Isat Buchanan and Maroon Chief Richard Currie.

Although Kartel didn’t speak, his presence and endorsement of Mark Golding and the PNP sent supporters into a frenzy yesterday (September 16).

Fellow entertainer and former Gaza member, PopCaan, also showed up to support the PNP.

Adding to the excitement, Dancehall personality LA Lewis donated over two million dollars to the party.

At last year’s conference, Buju Banton, aka the Gargamel, was the one of the first entertainers to publicly endorsing Mark Golding and the PNP.

Following the conference, Vybz Kartel made an appearance at the Digicel Rising Stars competition, where he served as a guest judge.

Adi wrapped up the night at Mecca nightclub in Kingston, treating patrons to top-shelf liquor. Videos circulating on social media showed Kartel dancing to Teejay’s hit song “Drift” with dance creator Gabbidon. Kartel was also spotted with former cricketer Marlon Samuels, entertainer Stalk Ashley, Sandz promoter Nino Brown, and dancers Rebel, TC, and Pretti Pretti, among others.

Just last Friday, Vybz Kartel released his first official song since his prison release, “The Comet,” which racked up over a million views in one day and quickly began trending on YouTube.
