In related news, Vybz Kartel has announced that tier-two tickets for his highly anticipated ‘Freedom Street’ concert will be available on the weekend. Though slightly more expensive than tier one, Kartel said the tickets will go on sale tomorrow at 3 AM.

On August 31, the mad rush to secure tier-one tickets resulted in the website crashing just hours after sales began.

Kartel’s ‘Freedom Street’ concert will be held on December 31 at the National Stadium in Kingston.
