Dancehall star Vybz Kartel has revealed the inspiration behind the title of his latest album, God & Time.

According to Kartel, the phrase came from attorney Isat Buchanan, who represented him during his legal battle and appeal process.

The deejay shared that throughout his years of incarceration, Buchanan would often encourage him with the words, “God and time.”

Released on June 5, God & Timeshowcases Kartel’s versatility and features collaborations with several local and international acts, including Mavado, Spice, Skillibeng, Wizkid, and Farruko.
