“What are your plans for Portland?” was the question Vybz Kartel posed to his lawyer and East Portland candidate, Isat Buchanan.

Kartel, seemingly creating content for his online channel, prompted Isat to share his agenda for the parish, which includes a focus on education, economic growth, entertainment, and tourism.

Isat Buchanan is the PNP candidate for East Portland, currently held by the JLP’s Ann Marie Vaz, who has represented the constituency since 2019.
