With the full cohort of students expected to return to school today, Transport Minister Daryl Vaz says he is confident that there will be a seamless roll out of Jamaica Urban Transit Company, JUTC, buses on all routes today.

Last week the JUTC deployed more than 270 units across the corporate area for the start of the new academic year.

This was made possible with the recent addition of 100 new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses to the JUTC’s fleet.

Mr. Vaz said he received a briefing yesterday and expects all will be well with the state owned bus company for today’s roll out.
