VACAE Weekend 2025 in, St. Ann, was undeniably epic!

The Easter series featured six electrifying events: The Lawn, Pic Nic the pink edition, Tropical Bliss, The Estate, Ova Suh & Sandz, each one more unforgettable than the last.

The real showstopper was Govana’s gritty performance at The Lawn, where he powered through a head injury. The dancehall star’s determination and endurance earned him major props from fans, who were initially concerned but also impressed by his refusal to end his set.

According to Govana, the incident was due to misjudging his stage entrance, which led to a collision with a mounted screen. Thankfully, he received prompt medical attention at St Ann’s Bay Hospital and has since reassured fans that he’s doing fine.

Other highlights included Stalk Ashley’s fire performance at PicNic, Jah Vinci’s sizzling set at Ova Suh, and Dunceman Jamal’s show-stopping act that left the crowd begging for more.

While there were expected traffic delays, patrons seemed largely unbothered, suggesting the overall experience was worth the wait. All in all, We Vacae 2025 was a resounding success, and fans can’t wait for next year’s event!
