Double sprint world record holder Usain Bolt and former West Indies opener Chris Gayle were among a host of sporting stars (past and present) who made cameo appearances in the star-studded music video for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 official anthem ‘Out of this World’ released by iconic artists Sean Paul and Kes.

As well as Bolt and Gayle, the anthem, produced by Michael “Tano” Montano, also features appearances from former West Indies captain Shivnarine Chanderpaul, current West Indies Women batter and former captain Stafanie Taylor along with Pakistan-born American cricketer Ali Khan.

The music video is a visual celebration of cricket that captures the atmosphere and energy fans from around the world can expect when they attend ICC Men’s T20 World Cup matches.

A Cricket West Indies release says “The anthem sets the tone for what will be the biggest cricket carnival spectacle ever, with 20 international teams playing 55 matches across the West Indies and USA.”

The tournament is scheduled to take place from June 1-29.

The West Indies who are in Group C will face Papua New Guinea, Uganda, New Zealand and Afghanistan.
