Two men were shot and killed in Green Island, Hanover, last night.

Dead are 56-year-old vendor Elsworth Foster, and 35-year-old Romaine Jones otherwise called ‘Juvenile’ both of Green Island. 

Police say at around 10:00 p.m. the men were in the town center when they were pounced upon by gunmen traveling in a white Toyota Mark-X motorcar, who opened gun fire hitting them. 

The police were called to the scene and the wounded men were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.
