Two earthquakes were felt in sections of St. Andrew, just hours apart.
The latest quake, a magnitude 2.9 occurred at 5:13 this morning and was felt in Chancery Hall.
It had a focal depth of 14 km and its epicentre was located approximately 11 km south of Annotto Bay, St. Mary.
This morning’s quake followed a minor tremor in Brandon hill, St. Andrew at about 4:22 P.M., yesterday.
The earthquake unit said the magnitude 3.0 quake’s epicentre was located approximately 11 km south east of Annotto Bay, St. Mary.
It had a focal depth of 17 km.
