Transport Minister vows to consult stakeholders before making transport policy recommendations to Cabinet
Transport Minister Daryl Vaz says he will not be making any policy recommendations to cabinet or the Transport Authority, without having discussions with stakeholders within the sector.
Mr. Vaz made the pledge during a virtual transport meeting, last evening.
He said all stakeholders must move in agreement, if Jamaica is to see vast improvements in the public transportation sector.
Mr. Vaz also noted that he will continue to listen to experts in the sector, so that challenges facing stakeholders can be reduced.
