Tourism Ministry projects 4.3 million total visitor arrivals for 2025
Tourism Minister Ed Bartlett says Jamaica is projecting 4.3 million total visitor arrivals for 2025, a 2.7% increase over 2024.
The country is also seeking to earn $USD4.6 billion, representing 7.1% growth year-on-year.
Mr. Bartlett explains that for the upcoming winter 2025/26 season, stopover arrivals are expected to increase by 6.9%, cruise arrivals by 24.3%, and gross earnings by 8%, reaching $USD 1.7 billion.
He says with the targets to be met, the vision is now for the 5 x 8 x 10 strategy.
