Legendary golfer Tiger Woods has now been embroiled in what is shaping up to be a bitter legal row with girlfriend Erica Herman.

Herman has filed a lawsuit against the golfing icon in an attempt to nullify a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) she alleges Woods made her sign at the start of their relationship.

Herman claims the nda should be voided when there is evidence of assault or harassment.

According to reports a private trust run by the golfer is trying to “aggressively enforce” the NDA following the end of their five-and-a-half-year relationship.

It is unclear if the 39 year old Herman  is accusing Woods of any particular wrongdoing.

There is still no official news of their split.

However, they have not been seen together in public since the US open tennis in August 2022.
