Three new government senators were sworn in today.

They are: Dr. Elon Thompson, Marlon Morgan and Senior Communication Strategist in the Ministry of Tourism Delano Seiveright.

Their appointments follow the resignation of Senators Matthew Samuda, Delroy Williams and Ransford Braham.

Senate President Tom Tavares-Finson has welcomed the new senators.
