Thousands of public servants restive over wage concerns
Thousands of public servants are reportedly restive, due to a delay in wage talks with the Finance Ministry.
The Jamaica Civil Service Association, (JCSA) says there are several outstanding matters which the ministry is yet to address.
Key among them are matters related to the compensation review and wage anomalies.
Speaking with Irie Fm News, President of the JCSA Techa Clarke-Griffiths says scores of members are on edge as the association has not been able to secure a meeting with the ministry.
She says members of the JCSA will take action if their concerns are not addressed.
