The men appeared in the Home Circuit Court in Downtown Kingston yesterday, where the trial date was set.

Prior to the January trial, the matter will go back to court on July 22 for case management.

This, as the prosecution told the court that three additional people are to be added to the indictment, but these persons are yet to be formally listed.

Miller and his co-accused are facing several charges for offences under the Anti-gang Legislation, murder and robbery.

The accused men were remanded into custody.
