Taxi operators who ply Falmouth/Wakefield route in Trelawny vow to remain off job again today
Taxi operators who ply the Falmouth to Wakefield route in Trelawny have vowed to remain off the job again today (June 20).
The operators withdrew their services yesterday in protest over poor road conditions.
Scores of commuters, including students from the Muschett, Holland and William Knibb High schools were affected.
Taxi operators who ply routes from Montego Bay, Dumfries and Aldephi in St. James to Trelawny communities also parked their vehicles yesterday.
One Trelawny taxi operator told IRIE FM news that the protest will continue as no effort has been made to address their concerns.
