With just four days to go before showtime, Dancehall artiste Shaneil Muir has issued a statement informing her fans that she will not be at the inaugural staging of Road to Greatness in St. Thomas.
Thank you for your love and understanding, followed by a red heart emoji was how the singjay captioned an Instagram post which consisted of a statement indicating her intentions.
In the statement the Top Gyal singjay wrote that due to unforeseen circumstances she is unable to take the stage and share her music with fans on this occasion.
The statement continued with Shaneil apologizing for not being able to appear on Saturday June 1 as billed. In closing she extended gratitude and expressed hope of sharing the stage at another time.
In an exclusive Music News interview, Shaneil’s manager Cara Burke revealed that Shaneil is unavoidably cancelling due to a time sensitive family issue which will see her travelling out of country.
Aiming to highlight the beauty and development of St Thomas, The Road to Greatness slated for Yallahs Primary School in the parish, will feature other dancehall big names such as Vanessa Bling, Skeng, Kraff, Valiant, Rajah Wild and Najeeri.
