Joshua Nesta Marley more popularly known as YG Marley, is the latest artiste to be added to the 2024 Reggae Sumfest lineup.
Sumfest organizers made the revelation via their Instagram today stating that the Billboard chart topper, will take the stage on Friday July 19 with the likes of Capleton, 450, and Valiant.
YG, the son of RnB icon Lauryn Hill and Rohan Marley and grandson of Reggae legend Bob Marley, continues to make waves locally and internationally, reaping tremendous success with his 2023 hit single, Praise Jah in the Moonlight.
Other entertainers confirmed so far for Reggae Sumfest include RnB singer Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Beresford Hammond, Aidonia, Jada Kingdom and Nigy Boy, who is set to make his debut at the annual festival.
Reggae Sumfest will run from July 14 to 20, at its usual home in Catherine Hall Montego Bay.
