In light of numerous protests in Kingston, and online pressure from social media users demanding answers following the mysterious disappearance of Donna-Lee Donaldson, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) says they have made significant progress.
The 24-year-old social media influencer was reported missing almost two weeks ago after she allegedly visited her boyfriend, Noel Maitland, a popular music producer and member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
Maitland, one of the founders of One Time Music, established in 2018, is the producer of Dexta Daps’ “No Underwear”, Squash’s “Trending”, and Jahvillani’s “Clarks Pon Foot.”
Noel Maitland, through One Time Music, has also worked with the likes of Chronic Law, I-Octane, Kabaka Pyramid, Intense, Kyodi, Quada, and others.
Last Friday, it was revealed that the female district constable with whom Maitland is said to share a child with, will be questioned by the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) on August 3.
Meanwhile, according to a press release from the Jamaica Constabulary Force, their investigative team, led by a superintendent of police and overseen by the Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB), will this week hold a case review conference with the Director of Public Prosecution.
