Multi-Grammy Award-winning producer Paul “Jazzwad” Yebuah is receiving an outpouring of support after revealing he has been hospitalized since Thursday and is undergoing surgery.

Jazzwad, who is London-based, shared the update via Instagram on Sunday (NOV 24), posting a photo from his hospital bed. In his caption, he wrote, “I’ve been in hospital since Thursday. Nobody knows. Going into surgery any minute now. Blessed Sunday to you and yours.”

While he did not disclose the source of his illness, he urged others to check in on their loved ones, as many people mask their struggles.

The news sparked a wave of prayers and well-wishes from industry peers, including Sean Paul, who commented, “Jah Jah know bro. Prayers up G. Speedy recovery,” and Gramps Morgan, who wrote, “May the almighty guide the hand of whoever touches my brother and bring him through safely with victory at the forefront.”

Other notable figures such as Rohan Marley, Warrior King, Anthony B, and Serani also sent heartfelt messages of encouragement.

Just last month, Jazzwad was honored in London for his contributions to Grammy-winning projects, receiving awards for his work on albums by Aswad, Buju Banton, Wayne Wonder, and Yellowman.

Jazzwad is a respected veteran in the music industry, celebrated for his impact both in Jamaica and the United Kingdom.
