Beenie Man gives back to his alma mater

King of the Dancehall, Beenie Man through his Beenie Man Foundation, is making a difference in the lives of several students at his alma mater, Pembroke Hall High School in Kingston.

In a post on Instagram, the dancehall hitmaker shared a short clip of his visit to the high school. Accompanied by some of his children, a granddaughter and his fiancé Camille, the video highlights the legendary hitmaker interacting with students and employees of the institution in a rap session and other activities.

In captioning the video, the deejay shared that through the foundation, he generously donated school fees and vouchers for seventy students at the institution, noting that they were investing in the future and ensuring that every child gets the opportunity to succeed.

The Beenie Man Foundation is non-profit organization, which centres on education, entrepreneurship and youth mentorship. It was officially launched in July 2018 with Beenie Man’s daughter, Ikyra Davis, and his son Moses Davis Jr, among the board of directors and Beenie Man as chairman.
