Vybz Kartel is expressing gratitude to his team and partners following the successful completion of phase one of his three-phase relief plan to support those affected by Hurricane Melissa.
Kartel also shared that DJ Khaled gave him $40,000 USD for the Jamaican children.
Meanwhile, Canadian rapper Drake, through his October’s Very Own (OVO) brand, has announced that 100 dollars from every “Jamaica OG Hoodie” sold in the Vybz Kartel for OVO collection will go toward the Rockhouse Foundation Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund to aid recovery efforts in Jamaica.
The hoodies are currently listed on the OVO website for 228 US dollars.
