Congratulations are in order for dancehall heavy weight Bounty Killer who has shared that he has received his 5th humanitarian award.

Bounty received the International Humanitarian award last Friday October 25, from the BLAC (Bright Light Awards Ceremony) in partnership with the Royal Airforce, for his unwavering commitment to uplifting communities and supporting those in need.

The dancehall heavy weight, in an Instagram post, shared a video of the award being collected on his behalf. As a caption he wrote, “Attitude for gratitude, for my 5th humanitarian award and counting, these aren’t for my success but more for granting others access to their success. For the people, from the people about the people”.

The BLAC Awards in a post on their official social media page, commended the artiste for using his platform to serve and inspire, noting that the award was a testament to the impact of Bounty Killer’s timeless dedication to giving back, empowering youth and supporting vulnerable communities through his Bounty Foundation.

The BLAC Awards is an innovative awards initiative in partnership with the Royal Air Force. It is an annual event for the United Kingdom’s grassroot African Caribbean communities, honouring the past, celebrating the present, and embracing the future by paying tribute to success stories of individuals and organizations who make our communities wonderful places to live, work and play.
