Summerbell & Gore in advanced talks to sign with Porsche for 2025 ADAC GT4 Championship

The Jamaican motor-racing team of Tommi Gore and Senna Summerbell, following a successful debut campaign in the 2024 ADAC GT4 Championship, have caught the attention of German automotive giant Porsche who are now in advanced talks to become their main sponsors during the 2025 season.

Dubbed the Reggae Racers, Summerbell and Gore, were propelled into the spotlight after finishing third in the first event of the six-meet racing series held in Germany and Austria before nabbing a top 5 finish in the final race of the season to achieve an impressive 14th place finish overall in the championship.

The dynamic duo began their 2024 campaign piloting an Audi R8 under the SAPE Motor Sports banner but made the mid-season switch to a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport under W&S Motorsport after experiencing challenging start to the season.

The change sparked a turnaround in their performance, culminating in their historic podium finish.

In addition to the achievement for the pair, it also marked the first time that Jamaica was represented in the famous European GT4 motorsport event.

Gore, while reflecting on the challenging circumstances that affected the start of their campaign, explained how the relationship with Porshe started.

With Porsche is in line to step in as a major partner, Gore says the aim is to “win the ADAC GT4 Championship” in 2025 and solidify their place among Europe’s elite racers.
