Carifta Games Austin Sealy Award winner Shanoya Douglas of Holland High remains fully focused as she prepares for the upcoming World Under 20 Championships to be held in Oregon in August.

The new national under-20 200 meters record holder, who will be one of the star attractions at this weekend’s 5th staging of the East Coast International showcase in Maryland, is happy with how her season is unfolding so far.
