STETHS administrators warn indiscipline will not be tolerated

Administrators at the St. Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) have stressed that indiscipline will not be tolerated.

This follows a series of violent incidents involving students that forced a suspension of in-person classes last month.

Classes were moved online for two consecutive days as school officials sought to restore order and ensure the safety of students and staff.

Speaking at the school’s graduation ceremony yesterday, Principal Keith Wellington warned that students who refuse to comply with school rules will not be allowed to remain at the institution.

Meanwhile, Education Minister Dr. Dana Morris Dixon emphasised the zero tolerance approach to school violence and called for the support of parents.
