Stephen Edwards appointed Chief Executive Officer of National Works Agency

Stephen Edwards has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the National Works Agency , effective November 2.
The Ministry of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development and the National Works Agency (NWA) in a statement say Mr. Edwards has extensive technical expertise and experience in the implementation and management of major public infrastructure projects across Jamaica.
He is a civil engineer with extensive experience in construction management, project delivery and executive leadership.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Edwards served as Managing Director of the National Road Operating and Constructing Company Limited (NROCC).
As Chief Executive Officer of the NWA , Mr. Edwards will provide strategic leadership in the development, maintenance, and management of Jamaica’s main road network, while strengthening institutional performance and service delivery.
