State Minister for National Security, Juliet Cuthbert Flynn says Jamaica’s crime rate is expected to reduce even further this year.

She made the statement while speaking at a Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) meeting in her constituency – St. Andrew West Rural,  yesterday afternoon.

Mrs. Cuthbert-Flynn referenced criticism from the Opposition, regarding the JLP administration not having a crime plan.

She stressed that her party does have a crime plan and that it has bore fruit, leading to a 19% reduction in murders last year.
