State Minister for health appeals to citizens travelling on public passenger vehicles to speak up against reckless driving
State Minister in the Ministry of Health and Wellness, Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn is appealing to citizens travelling on public passenger vehicles to speak up against reckless driving.
This, follows a crash involving a Toyota coaster bus and a mini-Hiace bus, in Salem, Runaway Bay St Ann, yesterday (July 24).
The incident left two dead and some 18 others hospitalized.
Speaking with IRIE FM news, Mrs. Cuthbert-Flynn stressed the need for passengers to tell drivers to desist from driving carelessly when they are in their vehicles.
Mrs. Cuthbert-Flynn also lamented that motor vehicle crashes are having negative impacts on the health sector.
