The St. James Municipal Corporation is collaborating with stakeholders in the private sector, to provide relief aid to families affected by a recent fire on Barnett Lane, in Montego Bay. 

It’s reported that about 15 persons, including 4 children, have been left homeless, following the incident on Monday.

Mayor of Montego Bay Richard Vernon said the Municipal Corporation has committed to providing clothing and building material, to the affected persons.

He noted that special effort is being made, to assist the children.
