The St. Catherine North Police believe that they put a major dent in the drugs for guns trade between Jamaica and Haiti today, with the seizure of over 200 pounds of ganja.

The weed was found during an operation this morning in a heavily vegetated area of the Bellas Gate District, already compressed and packaged in large bags, ready for shipment.

Head of the division Superintendent Hopton Nicholson said the police are continuing the probe, in a bid to locate the persons involved.
