St Ann police urge road users to be cautious following recent fatal collision
Commanding officer for the St Ann police, Senior Superintendent Dwight Powell, is doubling down on his appeal, for road users to be cautious, following another fatal collision in the parish on Friday.
Dead is 20 year old Quami Howlet, a labourer of Philadelphia District.
SSP Powell is urging motorists traversing the roadways across the parish to remain safe by obeying road rules.
He highlighted adhering to the speed limit, avoiding distractions and never driving while tired.
He pleaded with motorists to avoid aggressive driving and road rage. He also urged them to look out for vulnerable road users.
