Spragga Benz is warning fans about a dubplate scam, making it clear that he is not currently recording dubs.

Posting on his verified Instagram account, Spragga shared a screenshot of a fake promotion using his image, advertising dubplates for US$230 with only “four spots remaining.” He shut down the scam in his caption, writing, “Fraud alert… I am running no dub program.”

Spragga also warned that unless people are speaking directly to him, Lita, or Dainjamental, they are likely being scammed.

Last year, Reggae singer Turbulence also exposed scammers who swindled thousands from promoters looking to book him.
