Spice credits success to learning the music business

In a remarkable feat, the Queen of Dancehall Spice says learning the business of music was a challenge that she is grateful to have overcome as a woman in a male dominated industry.

Spice who is celebrating 25 years in the music industry without the guidance of a management team in recent years says she is extremely proud of herself having had two albums under her belt, including a Grammy-nominated masterpiece, and says she stands as a testament to her unwavering dedication and unrelenting passion for her craft.

Speaking at the media launch for her new album, “Mirror 25,” the dancehall icon reflected on her remarkable journey. Spice says as she prepares to release the album, she remains steadfast in her independence dropping a second album as an independent artiste.

More recently the serial entrepreneur launched a Navigational yearly planner which she dubs as an essential companion for a well-organized and purposeful year. The book has a Business Plan, life goals, Vision board, savings page, wellness tracker, Fitness Goals, Healing challenge, Monthly financial tracker, receipt log, affirmation, daily words and powerful prayer written by Grace Hamilton. 

Mirror 25 is set to drop today August 9,2024, and fans can purchase the album on all streaming and downloading platforms.

Meanwhile Spice rewarded IRIE FM’s Ainsworth Big A Higgins for being the first Radio Disc Joc to play her music on air and IRIE FM as a media outlet always supporting her career.
