Entertainers Spice and Cecile are among the social media users congratulating Jamaican 400m runner Junelle Bromfield and U.S. sprinter Noah Lyles on their engagement. 

Lyles proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Junelle, on Saturday in a lavish setting surrounded by family and friends.
