Dancehall deejay Skillibeng is among the finalists in the 2024 Billboard Music Awards.

The East Syde DJ was shortlisted in the category for Top Afro Beats Song for his feature on the track titled ‘Jump’ with American rapper Gunna, and South African singer, Tyla.

In sharing the news Skilli wrote on Instagram that it was an honour to be a finalist in the category and encouraged his fans to watch the event on December 12.

Other artistes vying for the award in the Afro Beats Song of the Year category are, Tems for her single Love me JeJe, Adam Port & Stryv featuring Malachi for their song, Move and Tyla for her 2023 break through single Water and again for her track Truth or Dare.

The BBMA’s will be aired live on Fox TV and Amazon Fire TV on December 12 at 8pm Eastern Time and will be streamed later on Paramount Plus.
