Skatta Burrell of Downsound Entertainment, organizers of Vybz Kartel’s Freedom Street concert, has dismissed rumors that their Black Friday sale stems from poor ticket sales.

In an interview with The Fix podcast, Skatta explained that the initiative is Kartel’s way of giving back to loyal fans who have supported him over the years.

Freedom Street is set to take place on December 31 at the National Stadium in Kingston.
