Singing Melody questions Rebel Salute’s booking of L.U.S.T
More than a month before Rebel Salute’s United States debut, controversy appears to be brewing around the event.
Singing Melody, a member of the group L.U.S.T., is calling out the event after a post shared on Instagram by Tony Rebel suggested the group is booked to perform.
According to Singing Melody, L.U.S.T. has not been contacted or contracted and is not booked to perform at the 2026 staging of Rebel Salute. He also issued an apology to fans who may have purchased tickets expecting to see the group on the lineup.

Meanwhile, efforts by Music News to get clarification from Rebel Salute were unsuccessful.
Both Tony Rebel and the official Rebel Salute Instagram account have shared promotional flyers listing L.U.S.T. for the upcoming staging of the event scheduled for April 19 in Miramar, Florida.

Last year, Rebel Salute organizers announced the cancellation of the festival’s annual staging in Jamaica as they shifted their focus to launching the event in the United States.
