Members of the public to experience significant changes at JCF’s Criminal Records Office, effective today
Members of the public who use the services of the Constabulary’s Criminal Records Office will notice significant changes effective today.
This, as its online-based Police Certificate Application Management System has undergone major upgrades to streamline the user experience.
Applicants will be able to amend their appointment dates, edit uploaded photographs and make corrections to incorrect data upon approval, among other things.
Employers, embassies, high commissions and other users of police certificates will also see changes as the security features have been updated.
The new features have already been communicated to major stakeholders.
All previously scheduled appointment dates remain relevant and previously issued certificates will maintain validity until their expiration date.
