Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce withdraws from the Botswana Golden Grand Prix
Fraser-Pryce, who last season ran a stunning 10.67 seconds at the kip Keino classic in Kenya, was billed as one of the star athletes to headline the event slated for April 29 where she was scheduled to make her second appearance in Africa and season’s debut in the women’s 100 meters.
Her withdrawal was confirmed by meet organizers, confirmed via a press release on their instagram handle.
