Shantae Foreman eyeing a better outdoor performance on NCAA Outdoor Circuit
Clemson University stand out Shantae Foreman says she is eyeing a better performance later this season on the NCAA outdoor track and field circuit.
This following her second place finish at the recently ended NCAA Indoor Championship in Arkansas.
Foreman finished second in the Women’s Triple jump last weekend, where she cut the sand with a best effort measuring 13.80 metres.
The former Excelsior High School athlete is ranked 10th in the world this year in the Women’s Triple Jump with a mark of 14.17 metres, while the Olympic Champion and 4 time World Champion Yulimar Rojas of Venezuela holds the world leading mark of 14.95 metres.
Foreman, Arkansas summed her performance last weekend, and remains positive for the Outdoor Championship in the summer.
